This internship marks a pivotal milestone in their educational journey. It offers students direct exposure to a professional working environment, allowing them to hone their professional skills, work ethic, and clinical competence in managing pediatric care under the dedicated mentorship of experienced doctors and nurses.
Throughout the clinical rotation, students will actively participate in patient care activities across various clinical departments. They will practice standard nursing procedures, communicate with patients and their families, and collaborate closely with the healthcare team. This invaluable experience not only sharpens their technical skills but also reinforces medical ethics, accountability, and professional attitudes—core qualities required for future nursing professionals.
This practical training serves not only as an opportunity to perfect their professional competence but also as a vital stepping stone. It empowers students with the confidence needed before officially joining the healthcare workforce and contributing to community health protection.
