Medical emergencies do not always occur in hospitals. In everyday life, unexpected situations such as fainting, choking, bleeding, or cardiac arrest can happen at any time — and first aid is the critical “golden moment” that determines survival.
For nursing students, practicing first aid is not only an academic requirement but also an essential foundation for their future careers. During practical training sessions, students are able to:
• Develop rapid patient assessment skills
• Practice cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and choking management
• Perform proper wound dressing and bleeding control
• Handle common emergency situations in community settings
(*) Beyond technical skills, students also learn to remain calm, decisive, and work effectively in teams under pressure. These are the core qualities that shape a competent and professional nurse.

*** Each practice session is a step closer to the goal:

“Not only mastering knowledge, but also being ready to act to save lives.”
Let’s look back at the moments when students actively engaged in hands-on practice — where knowledge is transformed into skills, and skills build confidence in real-life situations.
